After I appointed my tutor, he invited me to a chat group and told me to friend everyone in the group. I proceeded to do so but after the 10th friend request, I received the following message:

You have been blocked for suspected spam for 24 hours.
The lock is released after activation will be done via mobile phone.
If there was an error, please contact the administrator via game forum.

How do I contact the administrator via game forum??
