Some days ago i've tried to but 1000 crystals and i never recieved them.also no award and now i can't buy any kit, cause a countdown of 2 days. Why?

Check your bank statement to see if the payment went through. They my have flagged it as fraudulent and declined it so the game is flagging you back.

Hi I also had troubles with buying, got no reward and no extra resurces.  this is not fair!
