I completed Quest No. 6 (attack the base of Tony_Montana_pirate), but the task is not fullfilled. The mission tab still pop-up the message: "We should launch a counter-attack on the base of Tony_Montana_pirate. It's location is known to be at [12:121:2]"

No I didn't and I never expected to win. This guy is way to strong for me. That's why I only sent 1 Viking, 8 Stealth fighter, 5 Cruiser, 6 Battleship, 7 Bomber, 10 Destroyer, 5 Battlecruiser and 2 Science vessel. I lost all (as I expected), he lost 27 Rocket launcher.

Oh sorry, now I see that he isn't very strong actually (according to his statistics) - Unfortunately I couldn't send spy probes because of their lack of vespene capacity for this huge distance.., even not by Flight speed 10%... And to send a combatable fleet for my unendangered victory, guess I would need several millions of vespene... (for the production of that amount of gas, I would need a half a year or more/longer...) - So, what you would suggest to do?

Use trampolines. You may use a friends trampolines so you won't need own.
Or you send small fleets (1 cargo) and go explore wormholes until you find a route close enough to him to attack him for an "ok" amount of vespene.

I need to attack him as well so maybe we can work something out for a joint attack and a long trampoline chain, pm me the combat report so I can see his defenses since I can't spy him either

For my quest 6, I needed to "Deliver by one fleet 2 000 000, 1 000 000 and 500 000 on the planet [12:121:2] of pirate leader ☠ Tony Montana to help him finish the repair." So, after much work, I collected it, and sent the resources. It went to the planet, then returned with the resources, nothing happened. So, should I do this again?
